Please check the below possibilities to resolve any charging issues.
1） Check whether there is bad contact: re-plug the connection on both sides of the charger to see if it can be solved.
2） Check charger if is good or not: the charger is plugged in and not connected to the car. Observe whether the indicator light of the charger is normally on (green). If it is not on, it means the charger is bad and need to contact after-sales service.
3） Check whether the indicator light of the charger in the charging state is red. If it shows green and cannot be charged, it may be the fault of the charger or the damage of the charging port of the vehicle body.
